Comprehensive Onsite Reviews
We review one restaurant location during an agreed assessment window, covering management practices, employee hygiene, food handling, temperature controls, sanitation, equipment, facility conditions and relevant records. Before the visit, we confirm access, processes, exclusions and information needed. Savorisk serves the Arkansas River Valley launch area; travel outside the normal service area is quoted in writing.
Risk-Prioritized Findings
You receive an executive readiness brief, detailed findings report and editable corrective-action tracker, followed by a 30-minute management results discussion. Our report target is three business days after fieldwork and receipt of required information, subject to final payment before release. Urgent findings are communicated to the person in charge during the visit. This is independent consulting, not a government inspection, certification, legal opinion or guarantee of passing an inspection.
Actionable Corrective Planning
The tracker records findings, priorities, actions, owners, target dates and verification evidence. An optional $295 verification visit checks an agreed list of findings and provides a written outcome and updated tracker. Corrective-action implementation support, site-specific staff training, periodic support, reassessments and additional locations are separately scoped and quoted. We agree the work, deliverables, timing and fee before you authorize it. Training does not confer an accredited certification.
Get Started With Your Compliance Assessment
Founding-client assessment: $495 for the first three completed engagements; standard assessment: $695 per location. Both include the same assessment scope. A signed agreement and 50% scheduling retainer are required to book ($247.50 founding / $347.50 standard). The remaining balance is due after fieldwork and before final report release. We confirm your location, scope, travel and assessment window before you commit.
